The JQS series hard tooth surface center drive mill reducer for cement industry is an improved version of our company's JS series center drive mill reducer (JC/T878.12001) based on the national promotion standard. We have accumulated experience in gear transmission technology, especially in the design and manufacturing of large high-precision hard tooth surface heavy-duty gear transmission devices, and have drawn on the strengths of domestic and foreign mill reducer technology to produce standard high-power center drive devices.

The JQS series hard tooth surface center drive mill reducer for cement industry consists of a main reducer, a slow speed drive system, a diaphragm coupling, an oil station system, and multiple temperature monitoring transmitters as auxiliary systems.

The main reducer belongs to a parallel axis involute cylindrical gear transmission device, which adopts a power split and torque shaft load sharing synchronous transmission wheel system layout, with a compact structure, small size, and light weight.

All transmission gears of the reducer are made of high-grade alloy carburized steel, with carburizing, quenching, and grinding on the tooth surface, which has high gear accuracy and load capacity.

Adopting multi degree of freedom thin-walled sliding bearings, the sliding bearings are designed as eccentric, which can be easily installed and adjusted to ensure the meshing accuracy of the gears.

Adopting a welded box, the appearance is simple and beautiful.

The main parameters are optimized by computer design, with standardized part structures, serialized dimensions, and modular assembly. The parts are universal and highly interchangeable.

The main auxiliary system is the slow drive reducer transmission device, which is small in size, light in weight, and highly standardized, and can meet various layout requirements such as front drive and rear drive.

The use of diaphragm couplings effectively solves the different axial errors between the grinding machine and the main reducer, and has excellent buffering and vibration isolation performance.

The independent oil station is equipped with two gear oil pumps as backups to ensure the reliability of the lubrication system. A comprehensive lubricating oil pressure and temperature detection and alarm system provides sufficient protection for equipment safety. The lubricating oil heating system can meet the requirements for use in high-altitude cold areas. The multi-channel temperature monitoring transmitter adopts a 12 channel end face thermistor and an advanced conversion circuit system, which synchronously displays the bearing serial number and temperature value of the main reducer through a high brightness LED digital tube. At the same time, it also provides the computer control system with 4-20mA standard signals and switch signals set by the comparator required for the alarm system.
